Sarah Palin, the woman running for US vice president on John McCain's ticket, has said in an interview that being gay is a choice.
"It's Your Choice To Be Gay"
Palin, who it's said believed dinosaurs co-existed with men 6,000 years ago in accordance with her Evangelical Christian beliefs, tried to fumble around saying she wouldn't judge gays - but in turn implied that being gay was a decision one made.
Hmm... tough choice... We'll have to get back to you on that one, Sarah!
Parts of her interviews with American TV newsreader Katie Couric have been airing over the past week, and have been seen by many as deepening the damage to her claim she can be an effective VP, or even president.
