Protesting Jerusalem Gay Pride ~ 2008

About 3,000 gays have marched through Jerusalem in their annual Gay Pride parade.
Past marches have been marred by violent demonstrations by ultra-Orthodox Jews. This year there were only small-scale protests away from the march route on Thursday. Police said they had about 2,000 officers on duty to protect the marchers from protesters.
